Role Description
We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team for a full-time, remote or hybrid location acceptable. The Sales Executive will focus on developing relationships with the top 50 target account in our core marker and assigned strategic target accounts. This includes clients in the construction industry, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and delivering high-value solutions to meet customer needs. Daily responsibilities include initiating and managing sales calls, creating tailored proposals, identifying potential partners, and collaborating with internal teams to provide exceptional service. The role demands proactive engagement with clients and a commitment to achieving sales goals while representing Material Drop’s dedication to quality and reliability.
Qualifications
- Proven sales skills including lead generation, prospecting, and negotiating with clients
- Experience in customer relationship management and account management
- Knowledge of the construction industry, building materials, or logistics services is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented individual
- Ability to work independently in an on-site role and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
