You’ll be the person customers rely on when things get technical.
What You’ll Do:
- Troubleshoot and fix complex electro-mechanical systems (remote on-site)
- Travel (30–50%) across the U.S. and internationally
- Commission multi-axis motion systems
- Diagnose issues with motors, motion control, and instrumentation
- Repair, modify, and install equipment in real-world environments
- 3–5 years in manufacturing, field service, or machine building
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills
- Experience with motors, motion control, robotics, or automation
- Comfortable working directly with customers
- Engineering degree preferred (or solid hands-on background)
- Excited to travel both nationally and internationally (25%)
- Work on high-end, custom-built systems—not repetitive equipment
- Autonomy in the field real technical challenges
