Role Description The Production Associate role is a full-time, on-site position located in Huntsville, AL. In this role, the Production Associate supports daily operations on production lines, including loading and unloading materials, monitoring workflows, and assisting with assembly or stamping processes. Responsibilities include operating machinery and equipment according to safety and quality standards, performing basic checks, and reporting any issues to supervisors. The Production Associate helps maintain quality control by inspecting parts, following standardized procedures, and documenting production results. The role also involves working collaboratively with team members, following established work instructions, and adapting to changing production schedules and priorities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Read operation standard for product being produced.
· Observes machine operation to detect product defects or machine malfunction.
· Perform quality checks as prescribed by operation standard.
· Report any non-conformance issues to supervisor and/or quality auditor.
· Performs minor machine maintenance as required.
· Assists in setting up machines as required.
· Practices and obeys the environmental, health and safety rules of the company.
· Practices good housekeeping at all times.
· Practices guidelines as set out in company handbook.
· Prompt and regular attendance.
· Performs other duties as may be assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
· No supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Education and/or experience
· High school diploma or general education degree; or three months or more related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
· Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from supervisors, managers, etc.

· Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
Reasoning Ability
· Ability to determine minor malfunctions in the equipment.
