Title: Project Manager – Oracle Permitting & Licensing Platform (OPAL) Deployment
Location: 100% Onsite
Duration: Contract.
Hours: 35 hours per week
Rate: $ 50 - 70/hr
Start Date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of project planning, execution, and delivery for the OPAL implementation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure alignment
- Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
- Drive regular status updates, reporting, and stakeholder communication
- Ensure timely follow-ups on action items and issue resolution
- Maintain project documentation, schedules, and governance processes
- Identify and mitigate risks to keep the project on track
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager on large-scale enterprise software implementations
- Experience with government or municipal projects preferred
- Strong understanding of permitting, licensing, or regulatory systems is a plus
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Oracle-based platforms or similar enterprise systems preferred
