Network Engineer – Onsite | Atmore, Alabama

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $78,000 – $115,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)

We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to support and maintain enterprise network infrastructure in a complex, high-availability environment. This role requires strong hands-on expertise across networking, security, and infrastructure technologies, along with the ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and ensure system reliability.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• CCNA certification is required; additional certifications are highly preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise-level network engineering environments
• Demonstrated experience with:
• Enterprise firewalls
• Wireless networking infrastructure
• Virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V)
• Storage Area Networks (SANs)
• Backup and recovery systems
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, data protection, and disaster recovery strategies
• Ability to work outside standard business hours as needed
• Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record
• Ability to successfully pass required background checks
