Position: Remote Recruiter (Full or Part Time)
About the Role:
We’re looking for a friendly, outgoing, and confident recruiter who is passionate about helping people find the right professional fit. You’ll be the first point of contact for BCBAs and RBTs, helping them explore new opportunities and connecting them with the companies we partner with.
Key Responsibilities:
Connect with BCBAs and RBTs to understand their experience, preferences, and career goals.
Match candidates with open roles at partner ABA organizations.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates through calls, emails, and messages.
Use CRM tools (Apploi, Loxo, or similar) to manage candidate pipelines and track communication.
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups between candidates and companies.
Represent our agency with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm.
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of the ABA field and what BCBAs and RBTs do.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you’re naturally warm, friendly, and confident speaking on the phone.
Comfortable using CRM systems and familiar with platforms like Apploi or Loxo.
Recruiting experience is preferred but not required — training will be provided.
Tech-savvy, organized, and able to manage multiple candidates at once.

Pay can be salary or commission based on your preference
