Channel your inner detective: run thorough assessments to uncover clients’ unique needs.
Design treatment plans that are as individualized as Spotify playlists.
Implement interventions that are evidence-based and make a real difference.
Keep tabs on progress (adjusting plans like a GPS reroute when needed).
Team up with teachers, therapists, and families—because teamwork makes the dream work.
Document everything like the HIPAA fairy is watching.
Train and support staff/caregivers so everyone feels like part of the mission.
Keep learning, because the field never stops evolving (and neither should you).
