• Channel your inner detective: run thorough assessments to uncover clients? unique needs.

• Design treatment plans that are as individualized as Spotify playlists.

• Implement interventions that are evidence-based and make a real difference.

• Keep tabs on progress (adjusting plans like a GPS reroute when needed).

• Team up with teachers, therapists, and families?because teamwork makes the dream work.

• Document everything like the HIPAA fairy is watching.

• Train and support staff/caregivers so everyone feels like part of the mission.

• Keep learning, because the field never stops evolving (and neither should you).

? What You Bring (Qualifications)

• BCBA certification (no surprises here).

• Experience with developmental disabilities preferred (bonus points if you?ve got stories).

• Strong knowledge of special education and behavior strategies.
