About the RoleWe are seeking warm, playful, and engaging Floor Time Players (Behavior Technicians) to work directly with children using relationship-based, play-centered intervention strategies. This role is ideal for candidates with previous experience as BT's, RBTs, or students pursuing degrees in Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, Psychology, Education, or Nursing.As a Floor Time Player, you will support children in building communication, emotional regulation, social interaction, and developmental skills through structured play, modeling, and individualized behavior support.
