📍 Berkeley, CA | Hybrid: 2 days onsite 3 remote | Full-Time | $95K–$135K DOE
Are you a compassionate, evidence-based LCSW ready to make a real impact in chronic pain and behavioral health care? Our leading behavioral medicine & pain management clinic is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join their collaborative, mission-driven team.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct behavioral health assessments & provide individual, group, family therapy
- Facilitate wellness, mindfulness, and chronic pain groups
- Deliver evidence-based interventions (CBT, ACT, DBT, mindfulness)
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and behavioral health professionals
- Prepare clinical documentation, treatment plans, and reports

Requirements:
âś” California LCSW license
