Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors in a professional manner
- Provide clients with information and resources
- Excellent phone skills and organized information collection
- Monitor and schedule Maintenance calls
- Assist in the preparation of contracts and leases
- Perform and document property inspections
- Perform administrative tasks including database management, invoicing, filing, proofreading and letter writing
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required, Property Management License or experience would be a plus
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in an office setting, preferably with an administrative or customer service background
- Very strong verbal and writing skills
- Reliable transportation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
