We’re seeking a strategic and operational Senior Manager to build, scale, and run the Talent Acquisition operating system across Match Group. This role oversees talent coordination and operations, tools and systems, reporting, and supports capacity planning. They will develop scalable processes, build core programs, and deliver insights that enable recruiters, leaders, and cross-functional partners to make informed decisions.

The salary range for this position is $150,000 - 175,000. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary range is reflective of a position based in Dallas, Texas, Los Angeles, CA, and San Francisco, CA. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
