What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Account Manager - Ad Sales position at Match Group?
Match Media (The Match Group’s Advertising Division) is seeking a Manager, Account Management for their New York City location!
In this role, you will:
Partner with our Sales organization through each step of the campaign process; from ideation to implementation to post-campaign reporting
Manage a small team of 2 Account Managers
Assist in the development of media pitch decks and RFP responses
Produce strategic media plans based on campaign objectives and budgets
Work with teams across each brand to explore new ideas, respond to data and informational requests, and support campaign implementation of new and existing clients.
Engage with clients to ensure successful campaign execution, including asset deliverables, timelines, and tags
Measure and communicate campaign performance throughout campaigns, including post-campaign wrap-ups
You will also be responsible to:
Drive upsells and repeats business
Partner with Ad Ops to troubleshoot delivery issues and proactive optimization strategies
Work within GAM to understand inventory availability and options for delivery.
Support month-end billing and forecasting efforts for delivered and in-process campaigns
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
5-7 years’ work experience within agency or digital ad sales organization
Assertive communication skills, detailed oriented and organized
Experience coordinating and participating in creative brainstorming sessions
Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Google Ad Manager. Knowledge of Salesforce or Boostr.
Proven success:
building relationships with digital ad agencies
managing the execution of complex digital ad campaigns
working closely with internal and external teams to develop timely solutions to issues
