Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to coach and lead our soccer academy. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department and will play a key role in driving our educational goals forward. The Director will provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure the effective management of our educational programs and services.
Duties:
- Head Coach of 2 club teams
- Lead and participate in strategic planning initiatives to ensure the department's goals align with the organization's overall objectives.
- Collaborate with directors to ensure programs are growing and running efficiently and effectively.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Stay up-to-date with developments in education administration and strategic planning, applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement and excellence within the department.
Requirements:
- USSF B License or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Director or in a senior management role within youth soccer.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- A track record of developing and implementing effective educational programs and services, with a focus on continuous improvement and excellence.
- A commitment to strategic planning and the ability to develop and implement strategic plans that drive organizational success.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
