Our mission is to prepare students—particularly multilingual learners and those who would be the first in their families to earn a college degree—for success in college and careers in order to achieve economic security and mobility. Position: Middle School Inclusion Aide, Long-Term Substitute (2026-2027) Location: Boston, MA (Hyde Park Campus) Start date: ASAP OVERVIEW OF ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Match has an opening for a middle school inclusion aide. This is a long-term substitute position starting as soon possible and extending through early November, 2026. There is the possibility of continued employment after that time. The position is based at Match Middle School, located at 215 Forest Hills St. in Jamaica Plain, MA. An inclusion aide supports the success of Match students with disabilities. The aide will be expected to provide help with implementation of skills and goals in line with the students’ educational and therapeutic needs. Throughout the school day, the aide will support the students during instructional times both in and out of the classroom, and during lunch, breaks, and other non-instructional times. The Inclusion Aide is an integral member of our school team, and is a great opportunity for someone who relishes the idea of working with students with disabilities. The inclusion aide role allows for the fostering of an inclusive community, skill development, social-emotional growth, and the unique opportunity to support a student. The Inclusion Aide is responsible for developing deep relationships with students, and leveraging those relationships to ensure that students are getting the support they need to meet their academic and personal potential. This is a full time position that starts at an annual salary of $52,499 and can be higher based on prior relevant experience. Match offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes 90% coverage of employee health insurance costs and up to $150/month in loan repayment assistance. Working hours are Monday-Friday, 7:00am-2:45pm (7:00am-4:30pm on Wednesdays).
