Provide Compassionate Care and Support to Residents
We’re seeking a reliable and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team! This role requires strong attendance, multitasking skills, and a professional, cooperative demeanor. You’ll play a key role in supporting our residents with daily care while working closely with the care team to provide high-quality service.
Your Impact as a Certified Nursing Assistant
In this role, you will:

Provide Personal Care: Assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing, following care policy guidelines

Maintain Resident Environment: Change linens and ensure grooming supplies are stocked
-
Support Mobility: Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics
-
Record Vital Information: Accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption
-
Assist with Positioning: Turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety
-
Encourage Engagement: Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed

We’re looking for someone who:

Holds a current Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Texas

Can accurately record information and perform technical procedures

Communicates well and demonstrates self-discipline and patience
