Job Summary
The Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) assures that care is delivered to all patients within established legal, ethical, laboratory and hospital guidelines. MLT must institute appropriate interventions according to department policy and procedure, facilitate patient flow and communicate relevant information to the appropriate health care providers, the patient and the family. The MLT will perform all laboratory procedure with accuracy.
