We work month-to-month, don't lock clients into contracts, and only succeed when our clients actually get cases. We've grown every single year with zero outside funding and just purchased our headquarters in Santa Monica.

The Role
As an SEO Account Manager, you'll manage a portfolio of law firm clients. Each month you'll review their rankings, analyze their leads and cases, identify what's working and what's not, and recommend the next moves. You'll understand their markets. You'll know their competitors. You'll track every single lead that comes in and where it came from.
On a typical week, you'll run client calls, analyze performance data, identify opportunities, collaborate with internal teams on strategy and execution, and represent your clients' needs internally. You'll catch issues before they become problems. You'll spot opportunities before your competition does.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of law firm clients and own their account relationships and growth strategy
- Lead regular client calls and keep communication clear, confident, and proactive
- Analyze call tracking and lead data to translate raw numbers into actionable recommendations
- Identify strategic opportunities (new geographic markets, new practice areas, competitive keywords)
- Recommend keyword additions, content priorities, budget adjustments based on actual performance
- Track leads and know their source
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client deliverables are on time, on strategy, and high quality
- Spot opportunities for client growth and pitch them with confidence
- Serve as the voice of the client internally, advocating for their needs and priorities
- Keep deadlines tight and quality high - no excuses

Salary
$75,000 - $95,000 per year, based on experience and background.
