Matador Solutions is a digital marketing agency and thinktank that works with over 175 law firms across the country - put simply, we help them compete and get more new cases using the internet. We've grown every single year in business with zero outside funding, have a 4 year employee retention rate, and just purchased a brand new headquarters in Santa Monica.
We're looking for a strong Project Manager to join our team.

The Role
This is not a client services job — this is a business partnership job. You'll be the business partner our clients rely on to grow.
That means blending digital marketing and SEO understanding with sharp business thinking. You'll run monthly calls, manage internal projects, keep results on track, and push both clients and our team toward measurable wins.
Qualities of a Successful Candidate

1) Great with people - you build trust quickly and keep strong relationships
2) Relentless about attention to detail — you catch what others miss
3) Comfortable with digital marketing concepts and SEO (we'll train the right person, but you need the curiosity and drive to learn fast)
4) Able to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball
5) Have at least 2 years of Account Management experience, managing a book of business of at least 50 clients
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Lead monthly client calls and keep communication clear, confident, and proactive
• Coordinate internal teams to deliver campaigns and SEO projects on time and at a high standard
• Track performance and present results in a way that makes business sense
• Spot opportunities for client growth and pitch them with confidence
• Keep deadlines tight and quality high — no excuses
