Job Title: Assistant Manager – Matador Coffee on Milton Rd.
Pay: $24/hr plus tips ( ranging from $4-18 extra an hour)

We are seeking an enthusiastic, reliable Assistant Manager to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will have previous supervisor or management experience, a strong background in coffee preparation and service, and a genuine passion for people. Open availability is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager in daily operations, including opening/closing procedures
- Supervise and train staff, ensuring top-notch customer service
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and product quality
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year supervisor or management experience (coffee shop or food service preferred)
- Proven coffee knowledge and barista skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Flexible schedule, mostly Mon-Friday hours, and occasional weekends
- Must be a “morning” person
- References required
