Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the accounting and bookkeeping operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end close
- Manage internal and external financial reporting, ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies
- Oversee payroll processing, including compliance with tax regulations and proper documentation of employee compensation
- Administer and review employee expense reimbursements and corporate card activity for accuracy and policy adherence
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closes with high accuracy
- Assist in budget tracking and variance analysis as needed
- Support internal controls and audit readiness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR and operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial workflows
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA preferred
- Minimum of 5–7 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong technical accounting knowledge, including GAAP and internal control best practices
- Experience managing payroll and expense reimbursement systems
- High proficiency in financial software and accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Demonstrated integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality

Salary : $135,000 - $150,000
