Mastodon Moving & Storage is seeking a highly organized Remote Office Coordinator to support our operations team. This role plays an important part in keeping our daily operations running smoothly by assisting with scheduling, job documentation, and accounts receivable follow-up.

Responsibilities- Assist with daily move scheduling and calendar coordination
- Review and organize job notes and move documentation
- Perform accounts receivable follow-up with customers and insurance companies
- Help maintain accurate records for jobs, invoices, and project notes
- Provide customer service support via phone and email
- Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure job details are complete
- Support general administrative and organizational tasks as needed
- Previous experience in administrative support, office coordination, or operations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable with remote work and digital tools
- Experience with invoicing, AR follow-up, or bookkeeping support is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Experience in moving, logistics, home services, or construction industries
- Familiarity with CRM systems, invoicing platforms, or scheduling software
