Duties
- Greet clients warmly
- Support stylists with hair care services including hair coloring, hair extensions, hair styling, and hair washing
- Prepare workstations by sanitizing tools and ensuring all salon areas meet sanitation standards
- Assist with retail sales of hair care products
- Maintain cleanliness of salon spaces and equipment to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for staff and clients
- Support store management with inventory tracking
Requirements
- cosmetology license is required
- Familiarity with hair coloring techniques, hair extensions, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Ability to perform sanitation procedures diligently to uphold health standards in the salon environment
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure clients feel valued and satisfied during their visit
