What are the responsibilities and job description for the Videographer Apprentice position at Mastery Media LLC?
Mastery Media is a high-volume social media production company. We produce strategic short-form content for industry leaders in Real Estate, Automotive, Construction, and many more. We are currently at capacity and looking for a disciplined, high-energy individual to join our production team.
We do not require previous filming experience. We are looking for a "blank slate" who is eager to learn our specific filming system and execute it with 100% consistency. We provide all professional equipment (Sony/Sigma/DJI) and full training.
Key Responsibilities:
- On-Site Filming: Execute shot lists for clients using our professional gear. You will represent the brand on-site at dealerships, construction sites, and real estate offices.
- Media Management: Efficiently upload and organize raw footage to our cloud systems immediately following shoots.
- Pre-Production: Assist in drafting scripts for future videos based on our established content blueprints.
- Social Media Management: Schedule and manage posts across client platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).

- Discipline: You show up early and follow a checklist every single time.
- Client Skills: You are comfortable and professional when speaking with business owners and high-level agents.
- The "Blank Slate" Advantage: You do not have your own freelance videography business or equipment. You want a stable role within a growing company.
- Organization: You can manage multiple file uploads and posting schedules without missing deadlines.
Training Phase:
For the first 60–90 days, you will shadow the partners on every shoot. You will be taught the "Mastery Media" style of lighting, framing, and audio. Once you have mastered the system and earned our trust, you will begin managing solo shoots.
