Our Digital Designers are our visual storytellers and are called to take people’s breath away and move people to action. We get to tell the most amazing stories and make brands come to life in ways that really mean something — lives saved, slaves freed, healing found, hope restored — and through design, we get to make these stories come to life.

Necessary Skills:
- Fast and good
- Ability to figure out things you’ve never done before. Fast troubleshooter.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, Premier After Effects), and other Mac-based computer software.
- Good understanding of Figma
- Ability to be scrappy with resources.
- Experience in web design and visual coding platforms a plus.
- Experience with absorbing and working within multiple client brand style guides at once.
- Ability to art direct in certain situations.
- Handles constructive criticism well.
- Ability to design in live workshops.
- Ability to strategize and prioritize a large number of tasks at one time
- Excellent organizational skills and detail-focused
- Ability to digest high-level concepts and make them come to life
- Knowledgeable of computer technology and how to troubleshoot technical problems
- Love of technical solutions
- Independently imagine fresh new ideas that communicate an image, a message, and generate a response.
Requirements:
Work Experience: 2 Years of commercial agency experience, with a head wired as a digital native, a passion for solving design problems and building scalable design systems, and a solid understanding that sometimes we don’t get to do cool stuff all the time.
Education: Degree in design (programming would be a bonus). BFA, BS or BDes preferred
