What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tongan Interpreters - Dallas,Texas position at MasterWord Services?
We are looking for individuals who speak both Tongan and English fluently, and are looking for an opportunity to make a difference in the community by helping those who do not speak English. Requirements:
- Have informal or professional interpretation experience
- Are fluent in both Tongan and English
- Prefer - Interpreting Certification or
- Prefer - 6 months experience or
- No experience required (you will need to pass training and testing)
- Have at least a two-year degree (or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience) are required.
Experience in the healthcare industry experience is preferred, although not required (for example, pharmacy tech/pharmacist, nursing home, hospital, hospice, patient tech, practicum hours as part of a nursing program, pharmaceutical rep, CNA, LVN, RN, volunteering at a hospital, etc.).
