An established and growing diesel shop is seeking an organized, effective Field Service Technician for a Heavy Equipment Mechanic job in Chanute KS. The Heavy Equipment Technician position will need to travel across Kansas regularly for this position.

Schedule
Day Shift, Monday – Friday; 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; overtime is expected to accommodate emergencies.
Requirements
- Provide excellent inspection, troubleshooting, diagnostics and repairs of common and difficult issues about heavy equipment
- Test and verify equipment
- Knowledgeable in Diesel
Manufacturers from Caterpillar, Komatsu, Kubota, John Deere, Terex, Link-Belt, Freightliner, Kenworth, Peterbilt, International, etc.
- Experience with Cummins, Caterpillar, Detroit Diesel, International, etc. engine is ideal
- Maintain strong customer service acumen/attitude
- Valid CDL Class A or
ability to secure within 90 days
