What You’ll Do
You’ll oversee all aspects of quality assurance while partnering closely with production and operations teams.
Quality Systems & Oversight
- Ensure all products meet internal standards and external requirements before leaving the facility
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality inspection procedures and reporting processes
- Monitor operations that impact product quality and drive corrective actions
- Utilize Lean manufacturing tools to identify opportunities and implement improvements
- Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes, and proactive solutions
- Support and promote a culture of continuous improvement across the organization
- Lead, coach, and develop Quality Auditors and team members
- Mentor employees on quality standards, Lean tools, and best practices
- Foster a culture focused on accountability, safety, and excellence
- Partner with production managers to address quality concerns and implement solutions
- Work with vendors to resolve issues with incoming materials
- Support cross-functional teams to improve processes and product consistency
- Maintain quality records, reports, and statistical data
- Review and update work instructions, standards, and policies
- Ensure consistent documentation and adherence to quality procedures
We’re seeking a strong leader with a passion for quality, data-driven decision making, and continuous improvement.
Required
- 5 years of experience in quality assurance or quality management
- Strong knowledge of quality systems, standards, and methodologies
- Experience with data analysis and statistical methods
- Proven leadership and team development experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Results-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to lead teams and influence cross-functional partners
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
