Overview:
Masterson Staffing St Croix Falls is seeking motivated, self reliant individuals to fill 3rd shift plastic injection molding positions at our Client company.
Duties:
- Operate injection molding machines as per work instructions
- Monitor the production process to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Perform quality inspections on finished products
- Troubleshoot equipment and perform basic maintenance tasks
- Assemble and fabricate components using various tools and equipment
- Utilize precision measuring instruments to verify product specifications
Requirements:
- Drug Screen
- Background Check
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
-Standing your entire shift, twisting, turning, crouching, stooping
-Strong hands not required, but recommended
