Material Handler/Forklift Operator in Mora MN

Masterson Staffing has teamed up with our very valued client to hire a Material Handler in Mora, MN. This is a temp-to-hire position with a growing company looking to hire full-time dedicated workers.

Multiple Shifts:

1st Shift: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
Days of the week scheduled: Mon – Fri
Pay: Hourly Wage of $16.50

2nd Shift: 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm
Days of the week scheduled: Mon – Friday
Pay: Hourly Wage of $17.50

3rd Shift 11:00 pm – 7:00 am
Days of the week scheduled: Sun - Thurs

Job Summary:

Twice daily, run the finished goods report from Visual, verify reports, report inventory errors, pull production from presses and locate into warehouse inventory. Load and unload trucks as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to stand the entire shift
• Possess basic math skills
• Ability to communicate well with others to ensure proper flow of the line.
• Reliable
• Must be able to lift from floor to waist, and repetitive movements (hands/wrists)
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Forklift certification (or ability to receive

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Qualifications
- Warehouse experience
- Forklift operation skills, including forklift certification
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and operate heavy equipment
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations for safety compliance
- Proficiency in English for effective communication
- Experience in shipping & receiving and order picking processes
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and equipment repair
