Litigation Law firm in Miami seeking an experienced litigation paralegal in the one or more of the following areas: commercial, construction, professional liability, premises liability, professional liability, catastrophic injury. Must have 5 years experience including knowledge of all phases of discover and extensive trial experience. Summation and Trial Director are preferred. Responsibilities will also include: reviewing and preparing exhibits, analyzing medical records and trial preparation. Assisting in document productions; drafting subpoenas, notices of deposition and discovery requests. Flexibility to work overtime when necessary for trial.
Must have Bachelors or paralegal certificate.
