Job Summary:
The Government Services Administration "GSA" Rental Manager leads the GSA rental effort for assigned territory.
Essential Functions:
- Exceed forecasted revenue targets through an aggressive rental and sales efforts
- Ensure compliance with insurance standards to protect the company
- Prepare the necessary paperwork
- Proper use of our Systems: TSD, GSA STR Website Gmail and Master’s Website
- Frequent review of the tracking spreadsheet, sell over list, and detail workflow calendar
- Attend Trade Shows
- Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Attend company meetings as required
- Client development and relationships
- Other duties as assigned by manager

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
Required Education/Experience/Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Min 2 years or more sales experience
- Maintain a valid CDL with medical card – Need to add P endorsement
Preferred Education/Experience/Certifications:
- Prior military experience preferred
Travel Requirements
Some travel will be required as needed
