About You
This position primarily works in the residential change out market and performs installation, modification, and overhaul, of air conditioning systems, furnaces, and related accessories.
- You will take accountability and have ownership to lead a high performing installation team
- Customer-focused mindset; active listening, have attention to detail, and find solutions to best meet customer's needs
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Planning, organizing, problem analysis, and great judgement

Requirements to be eligible for sign on bonus:
- Candidate will work out of our Indianapolis, IN location
- 3 years HVAC Installing experience, required
- EPA Certification
- Journeyman HVAC
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s License and good driving record
Preferred Requirements:
- Service Titan or similar
- Maintaining and/or repairing HVAC Systems in addition to installing is a plus!
