About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values ethical, high-quality work. You’ll start as a department of one and grow into leading a team of professionals.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with the GM to launch and grow the electrical division
- Manage budgets, scheduling, and service quality
- Lead and mentor residential electricians as the line of business grows
- Ensure compliance with codes and safety standards
- Oversee inventory, tools, fleet, and warehouse operations
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly
- Champion company values and foster a positive team culture
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Master Electrician (or willingness to earn it—we’ll pay for it if you are ready to sit for the exam!)
- Valid Driver’s License with acceptable MVR
- 3 years of management experience in electrical or construction (preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and best practices
