Join us! Software Developer Oostburg, WI (On- site) The Software
Developer is responsible for the development of company business
application needs under the direction of the Director of Application
Development. Key Responsibilities: Design, code, test, debug, implement,
and maintain software applications as requested by users and approved by
the Director of Application Development or the Vice President of
Information Technology. Develop, write, and maintain system
documentation. Provide end-user assistance including education,
training, and troubleshooting. Provide after-hours, on-call support to
end-users (weeknight/weekend). Perform miscellaneous projects as
requested by the Director of Application Development or the Vice
President Of Information Technology. Qualifications And Experience
Bachelor Degree in Management Information Systems or a related area, or
Equivalent Experience Required. Up To Three Years Of Programming
experience in IBMi Power Systems, or in a related position. Knowledge of
an IBMi midrange computer system. Programming knowledge and skills in
ILE, RPG/400, CL, subfiles, SQL, and DB2/400. Knowledge of Microsoft
Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office products. Personal
computer and hardware troubleshooting skills. Excellent analytical and
problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize
tasks. Requires a high level of confidentiality. Ability to communicate
effectively with people. Ability to read and understand moderately
complex computer manuals. Extensive knowledge of manufacturing,
