Seasonal Summer Line Attendant

Starting rate of pay - 22.93 / hour
Shifts available :
- 2nd Monday - Friday (2:00PM-10:00PM) Employees working this shift earn an additional $1.00 per hour.
- 3rd Sunday-Thursday, (10:30PM-6:30AM) Employees working this shift earn an additional $1.00 per hour.
- Weekend 12hr AM - Friday, Saturday, Sunday (6:00AM-6:00PM)
- Weekend 12hr PM - Friday, Saturday, Sunday (6:00PM-6:00AM) Employees working this shift earn an additional $2.00 per hour.
As Line Attendant, you'll be responsible for preparing and in-feeding product into packaging equipment, inspecting product and packaging, and packing cases with finished goods cheese. Some production lines also require stacking cases on pallets. This position requires frequent reaching, grasping, lifting and carrying.
What You Have to Offer:
- No prior experience needed; on-the-job training is provided
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Are a proven team player but can also work independently as a problem solver
- Ability to lift, carry, push and stack up to 45 lbs
- Must be able to read to determine if packaging and labeling information is correct
- Ability to read and comprehend safety warnings and directives related to machinery and production processes
- Can communicate well with people from all walks of life
- Thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Consistent and reliable attendance to maintain adequate staffing levels and meet customer commitments is required
