JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Shift: Weekend PM (Friday - Sunday) Hours:
6:00 PM- 6:00AM Under the supervision of the Quality Supervisor, you
will be responsible for monitoring finished goods quality control. But

\$ 27.14 Plus a \$2 shift differential! How You Will Contribute to our
Legacy of Excellence: Perform leaker and weight checks, O2 and Co2
checks, fines and shred analyses on the finished product as needed.
Monitor overall packaging and shred quality. Verify that package labels,
case labels, and film UPC scans are correct. Verify that code dates,
code date formats, and code date locations are correct. Document
detailed non-conformances in Redzone under the production run and
Compliance module. Perform pizza bakes on specified items. Perform
shred, dice, and cubes approvals. Perform end-of-production metal
detector checks. Place product on hold using the ERP system. Isolate
non-conforming products. Monitor the shelf-life program. Assist the Hold
Coordinators. What You Have to Offer: Knowledge of GMP requirements.
Good Computer Skills. Some Previous Experience In Food Manufacturing,
Quality Control or Quality Lab is desired. Good written and verbal
communication skills. Ability to work independently, manage time
accordingly, and think ahead. Good decision making- making skills
regarding quality standards. Ability to prioritize tasks based on risk
and importance, multi- task and communicate results to supervision.
