Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing the best customer service, while being a core communication representative for Masters Gallery accounts from the time the order is placed until the invoice is paid in full.
What You Can Offer
- Associate Degree in Business, Accounting, or equivalent experience recommended.
- Two to four years of experience in customer service or account management preferred.
- Must have excellent analytical, accuracy, and attention to detail skills to create and maintain processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of ERP system and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Atrium, and DocStar.
- Knowledge of the products, customers, and markets plus excellent critical thinking skills to help resolve customer complaints or needs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for dealing with different types of customers.
- Must be able to multitask and manage job priorities with numerous interruptions. Ability to work well independently and under pressure.
- Requires an extremely high level of confidentiality.
