Do you love puzzles, storytelling, and creating unforgettable experiences? Then we would love to meet you! Masterminds is looking for enthusiastic, responsible, and creative individuals to join our team as Escape Room Game Masters! We are fun, inclusive and customer-centric with an emphasis on the fun!

Job Responsibilities:

• Host and oversee escape room experiences – Greet guests, introduce game rules, set the scene, and guide players through their adventure.
• Monitor games in real-time – Provide hints when necessary while ensuring an immersive and engaging experience.
• Reset rooms efficiently – Restore props and puzzles quickly and accurately between groups.
• Enhance the customer experience – Deliver exceptional service, answer questions, and ensure guests leave excited to return.
• Maintain room quality – Report any broken props, malfunctions, or maintenance issues.
• Care and cleaning of the props and facility.

What We’re Looking For:

-A friendly, engaging personality with strong communication skills
-Reliable and punctual with good time management
-Attention to detail and ability to follow room reset procedures
-Comfortable with light tech use (cameras, audio systems, basic troubleshooting)
-Ability to think quickly and adapt to different group dynamics
-Evening and weekend availability (peak game times)

Bonus Points If You:

• Have previous experience in customer service, acting, or hosting events
• Love escape rooms, board games, or interactive storytelling
• Enjoy dressing up or playing a role to enhance the game atmosphere
