About The Role
As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement evidence-based behavioral interventions to help our clients overcome challenges and achieve their goals. You will be responsible for:
- Conducting behavioral assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
- Implementing behavioral interventions and collecting data to track progress
- Collaborating with therapists and other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Maintaining accurate records and reports to track client progress
- Communicating with parents and caregivers to provide updates and recommendations
- Work one-on-one with clients with ASD in a variety of settings, including in-clinic, in-home, and community-based environments
- Implement behavioral interventions, including positive reinforcement and behavioral skills training
- Collect and record data to track client progress and make data-driven treatment decisions
- Collaborate with BCBA and other team members to develop and implement treatment plans
- Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain certification and improve skills
