About The Role

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work with our team to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home. You'll implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), collect and document data on client progress, and collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success. With a focus on creating a safe and positive environment, you'll be a crucial part of our team's mission to empower children to express their needs, function independently, and cope in their environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and document data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success

Requirements

• Must have or be willing to obtain the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required
• Ability to pass background check
