At Mastermind Behavior Services, we're dedicated to providing personalized ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll play a crucial role in helping our clients progress and thrive. We're seeking an experienced RBT like you to join our team in Edison, East Brunswick!

About the Role:

As an RBT, you'll provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic. You'll implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), collect and document data on client progress, and collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success. You'll also maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Requirements:

• Must have or be willing to obtain the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required
• Ability to pass a background check
