Territory Sales Manager (Eastern Mass and Southern New Hampshire)
Masterman's is a family-owned distributor of industrial and safety supplies located in Auburn, Massachusetts. For over 60 years, we have been providing exceptional service to our customers, community and our employees.
We are seeking a proven territory sales manager with 1-3 years outside sales experience to manage a territory in Eastern Mass and Southern New Hampshire. The perfect candidate will be a highly motivated, personable, well-organized self-starter who enjoys building long-term business relationships. This position is responsible for generating new business while also maintaining current long-term accounts. Other responsibilities include product training, generating quotes, introducing new products and negotiating pricing as well as representing Masterman’s at certain business functions.
What we’re looking for:
· 1-3 years outside sales experience
· Ideal candidate will live in the territory
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
· Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
· Experience with a CRM
