Mastering the Zodiac is an established astrology platform with 78,000 YouTube subscribers, a 30,000-person newsletter, and a proprietary software product True Sky Astrology, used by students and professionals worldwide. We are looking for an experienced Partnerships & Growth professional who can take our existing audience and platform and translate it into meaningful collaborations, affiliate growth, and expanded reach. About the Platform
Mastering the Zodiac is the leading platform for True Sidereal astrology, a more astronomically accurate system than traditional Western astrology. We offer natal and transit reports, educational courses, and our proprietary True Sky Astrology software. Our audience spans students, professionals, and seekers across the US and internationally.
The Role
This is a hands-on Partnerships & Growth role for someone who takes ownership of their work. You will develop the strategy, build the relationships, close the deals, and deliver results. The team will support you, but we are looking for someone who can operate with a high degree of independence.
What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and execute a partnerships and growth strategy aligned with our brand and audience expansion goals
- Build and grow our affiliate program by recruiting partners, managing relationships, and optimizing performance
- Identify and land podcast appearances, influencer collaborations, and co-promotions with aligned brands and creators in the astrology, wellness, and personal growth space
- Establish and manage strategic partnerships that drive audience growth and revenue
- Identify and pursue new growth channels, business development opportunities, and distribution partnerships to expand our reach
- Track partnership performance, affiliate outcomes, and growth metrics, and refine the strategy accordingly
- Spot and act on emerging collaboration and visibility opportunities as the brand grows
What We Need
- Proven partnerships, affiliate management, business development, or growth experience - a track record of partnerships built, affiliate programs grown, new audiences reached, or creator deals closed
- Existing relationships in wellness, spirituality, astrology, or personal growth communities are a meaningful advantage
- The ability to identify the right partners, pitch compellingly, follow up persistently, and report results clearly
- A growth mindset - someone who thinks beyond individual deals and considers how each partnership ladder up to broader audience and revenue goals
- Self-directed and results-oriented - someone who manages their own pipeline without needing to be managed
- Based in or near South Florida for occasional in-person meetings
- Familiarity with the astrology or wellness space is a plus, but a proven track record in partnerships and growth matters most
The Process
Our process consists of two interviews. The first is a preliminary conversation for introduction and alignment. The second is directly with our founder. Candidates moving to the second interview will be asked to submit a short strategy sample: 3 partnership or podcast targets with a brief rationale for each. This is a straightforward test of how you think about audience alignment and fit.
