Experience
- Proven track record in operations management with extensive supervisory experience in leading diverse teams at an executive level.
- Demonstrated success in managing business operations within complex or large-scale organizations.
- Strong background in strategic management, including strategic planning, program management, and operational analysis.
- Expertise in change management methodologies and implementing operational excellence initiatives at an organizational level.
- Experience with business development management to identify growth opportunities and expand organizational capabilities.
- Skilled in managing budgets at an executive level with proficiency in forecasting, profit & loss analysis, and financial reporting.
- Excellent leadership capabilities with a history of guiding senior leadership teams through transformational projects and process improvements.
- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining focus on overarching goals.
