COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT (TRAVELING)

Mastercraft Construction Company is seeking a high-performing Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our expanding team. We specialize in ground-up construction, remodels, and tenant improvements for nationally recognized restaurant brands, with a strong concentration in Domino’s Pizza projects across multiple states.

This is a key field leadership role for a seasoned superintendent who knows how to take command of a jobsite, drive execution, and deliver exceptional results. We are looking for a professional with the experience, presence, and discipline to lead from the front, maintain accountability across all trades, and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest standards of quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead all day-to-day field operations from project startup through final completion.
• Direct and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to maintain production, accountability, and high-quality execution.
• Drive project schedules and ensure milestone commitments are achieved without compromising safety or workmanship.
• Maintain a disciplined, well-organized, and professionally run jobsite.
• Enforce strict safety standards and quality control across all phases of construction.
• Interpret and execute construction drawings, plans, and specifications with accuracy and confidence.
• Coordinate inspections and maintain strong communication with local building officials and inspectors.
• Manage material procurement, tracking, and site logistics to support uninterrupted progress.
• Conduct daily jobsite meetings and set clear expectations with crews and trade partners.
• Maintain complete and accurate daily reports, progress photos, and project documentation.
• Communicate proactively with project managers, owners, architects, and engineers.
• Anticipate, identify, and resolve field issues before they impact schedule, cost, or quality.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent.
• Strong background in ground-up commercial construction.
• Restaurant or retail construction experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple trades and maintain control of complex field operations.
• Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Thorough understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing plans.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA standards and an uncompromising commitment to jobsite safety.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Experience with Domino’s Pizza, QSR, or other national franchise construction programs.
• Experience in fast-track commercial construction environments.
• Familiarity with construction management software such as Procore.
