Position Title: Sr Market Development Rep Location: Brazil, Mexico, Columbia Overview: We are looking for a high-energy, strategic, and bilingual(Portuguese, English, Spanish) Senior Market Development Representative to spearhead our expansion into the Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) region. As a Senior BDR, you will be the engine of our regional growth, responsible for identifying, qualifying, and creating high-value opportunities within the merchant ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Prospecting: Execute outbound multi-channel campaigns (email, phone, social, and networking) targeting Tier 1 and Tier 2 merchants across key markets like Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, and Chile. Pipeline Generation: Qualify inbound leads and proactively hunt for new business to maintain a robust pipeline for the Regional Sales Executives. Market Insight: Act as a subject matter expert on the LAC payments landscape, understanding regional nuances in fraud trends and merchant pain points. Solution Selling: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our chargeback-prevention and consumer-experience solutions to stakeholders across Finance, Fraud, and Digital Operations. CRM Excellence: Maintain meticulous records in Salesforce, ensuring all activity, account mapping, and deal stages are accurately tracked. Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing to refine regional messaging and with Sales Operations to optimize lead-to-opportunity conversion. All About You Bachelor's Degree Required "Can do" and positive attitude to effect change, open and creative mindset; comfortable with uncertainty, changing and fast paced environment.
