Position Description:
This hourly associate provides production line support under the guidance of a Team Leader and Supervisor. This role will include gaining a working knowledge of all processes within the department.
Accountabilities

Indoor environment with varying temperatures and humidity depending on outdoor conditions.

SHIFTS:
Background and Experience
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business information, documents, and regulations in the English language. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from associates, customers, and management.

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with variables in situations where standardized methods and procedures exist but customer requirements and work situations may vary.
Safety:

Job Description
Position Description:
This hourly associate provides production line support under the guidance of a Team Leader and Supervisor. This role will include gaining a working knowledge of all processes within the department.
Accountabilities
- Coach team members using MPS tools such as SOS, TPM, and 5S.
- Collaborate with support teams (CI/Quality) to problem solve on a daily basis. Responsible for immediate line-side problem solving tied to safety, quality and efficiency.
- Complete repairs as they arise
- Fill in for team members as they briefly step away from their line position for restroom break, office visit, etc.
- Collaborate with Team Lead to conduct team member cross training and job rotation
- Conduct periodic supply checks. Retrieve parts for the department as needed.
- Assist Team Lead with answering and problem solving Andons as needed.
- Oversee and Assist with end of shift clean-up process.

SHIFTS:
- 1st shift hours: Monday - Thursday 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM, You will normally work this shift, however may need to work on Fridays based on company needs.

Background and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Demonstrated experience leading or being a part of a team required
- Basic math skills (Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, Division) required
- Experience with basic computer applications required (email, Word, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience speaking in front of small groups preferred
- Able to multi-task and is self-motivated
