Summary: The Quality Team Lead is responsible for evaluating and verifying that products and processes meet established quality standards by conducting audits, identifying areas for improvement, and reporting findings to ensure compliance and Continuous Improvement across the organization.

Job Description
Summary: The Quality Team Lead is responsible for evaluating and verifying that products and processes meet established quality standards by conducting audits, identifying areas for improvement, and reporting findings to ensure compliance and Continuous Improvement across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily audits to ensure SOSs are being followed.
- Load audit
- Stop audit
- OBKA (Out of Box Kitchen Audit)
- OBKA line log
- Scan validation
- SMG (Shipping Management Guidebook)
- Ensure cabinets, boxes, labels and pallets all conform to customer specifications and regulatory requirements and provide feedback as needed.
- Assist in root-cause analysis investigations to resolve shipping defects.
- Identify areas for improvement.
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 2 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, quality control, or production leadership.
- Must be able to speak company language.
- Strong verbal and written communication required, ability to present presentations, a plus.
- Active problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft & Outlook).
- Ability to respond quickly to shipping issues and move throughout the facility as needed.
- Capability to work overtime, weekends, and flexible schedules as business needs require.
- Detail-oriented mindset, and a calm, collaborative leadership approach on a busy production floor.
- Able to follow a routine and work independently.
- Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and use fractions.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment that is not climate controlled, with exposure to seasonal heat, cold, humidity, dust, and varying temperatures.
- Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hearing protection, steel-toe footwear, gloves, and any other required safety equipment.
- Perform work in an environment with continuous machine noise and occasional vibration.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 35 pounds on a regular basis and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Capable of standing and walking for extended periods, up to 10–12 hours per shift.
- Frequently walking throughout the production floor to inspect products, monitor processes, and support team members.
- Regular bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, twisting, and climbing stairs or ladders as needed.
