Accountabilities

Job Description:

• Coach team members using MPS tools such as SOS, TPM, and 5S.
• Collaborate with support teams (CI/Quality) to problem solve on a daily basis.
• Complete repairs as they arise
• Fill in for team members as they briefly step away from their line position for restroom break, office visit, etc.
• Collaborate with Team Lead to conduct team member cross training and job rotation
• Conduct periodic supply checks. Retrieve parts for the department as needed.
• Assist Team Lead with answering and problem solving as needed.
• Oversee and Assist with end of shift clean-up process.
• Other duties as assigned

Background And Experience

• Demonstrated experience leading or being a part of a team required
• Basic math skills (Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, Division) required
• Experience with basic computer applications required (email, Word, etc.)
• Demonstrated experience speaking in front of small groups preferred
• Able to multi-task and is self-motivated
  
  

Compensation Range

$23.75-29.14

• Actual pay will vary based on qualifications and other factors
